Volunteer & Partner Recognition Breakfast
In honor of National Volunteer Week, today we celebrated our amazing volunteers and community partners. We are thrilled to have over 20 organizations that partner with Lovejoy and many dedicated volunteers. During our recognition breakfast we spotlighted the Half-Pints Poetry program. Half-Pints has been a partner for two years and has made a huge impact on our male students. In addition to the entertainment, the “Friend of Lovejoy Award” was given to an individual who has gone above and beyond for Lovejoy. This award was given to Molly Hancock. Mrs. Hancock has been the key figure in the Lovejoy/Walnut Hills Sister School Partnership. She has donated countless hours organizing clothing drives, hygiene supplies drives and so much more. We could not do many of the things we do without the dedication of Molly Hancock and the Walnut Hills PTO. We are very grateful for all of our partners and volunteers and are excited about the future of Lovejoy!
